Connecting MSI Credit Card Service To Your Store

Once you've been approved for your MSI Credit Card Merchant account, you will receive an email from Federated Canada with your login link and username to access your credit card account.

Your credit card account will show you the deposits made from your online store purchases and you will also have the ability to give refunds.

To connect your MSI credit card merchant with your online store you need to login to your MSI account and create an additional Username and Password for your Income Activator account.

To do that, click on the login link in the email.

1. Login Link Click on this link to login to your account. Save or bookmark this link to use it to login later. https://secure.federatedgateway.com/

2. Username  This is your username used to login.

When you click on the link, you'll be sent to this page to login.

1. Username  This is the username that was emailed to you.

2. Password  This is the password you created when you registered for your MSI account. If you forgot this password, call 888-682-3363.

 

This is the page you'll see when you log into your MSI acount. This is where you will go to view all the payments made to you.

1. Options  To setup a new username and password for your Income Activator account click on 'Options'.

1. User Accounts  Click on 'User Accounts'.

This page shows the users connected to your account. We're now going to add one.

1. Username  This is the username for the account you're logged into.

2. Add A New User Click on the link 'Click Here to Add A New User Account'.

1. First Name  Enter your first name.            

2. Last Name  Enter your last name.

3. Email Address Enter your email address.

4. Username  Enter a username, this needs to be different that your other username.

5. API Access Check off the box beside 'API Access'.

6. Create User  Click the 'Create User' button at the bottom.

Once you create your second account, you'll be sent an email with a link to create a password for that account.

1. Create Password Link  This is a link to create a password for your new user name.

2. Username  This is the username you just created.

When you click the link in the second email, you'll be sent to this page to create a password that you will use to connect your MSI credit card account to your Income Activator website.

1. New Password  Create a password for this account, you will need to remember this password.

2. Confirm Password  Enter the password again.

Log into your Income Activator account.

1. Payment Options  On the top bar go to 'Your Store', then from the dropdown click on 'Payment Options'.

2. User ID  Enter the username of the user you just created.

3. Password  Enter the password you just created here.

4. Update  Click on the 'Update' button.

Now do a test order from your online store.

1. Payment Options  You should see the option to pay by credit card here.
