Website: The websites and software are hosted on Codero's hosting service. You cannot use another hosting service as Income Activator's software would be unable to be updated. Updates happen on a regular basis to stay current with technology. If you choose to move to another hosting service, you can copy your page content over to another website platform. If you return to Income Activator's platform, your website may not be available for re-activation.
Server: Income Activator does not allow storage and/or display of
the following material on its servers. This includes uploading to websites,
or transmitting by any material (by email, uploading, posting or otherwise).
Violating any of the below terms will result in the immediate termination of
the offending account. In this case no refund will be given for any payments
that have been made to Income Activator.
1. Sexual Content: We prohibit any adult (pornographic) websites on our
servers, including sites linking to pornographic sites (external links) and
pornographic advertisements on your own site.
2. Illegal Use: Income Activator websites or services may not be used for
illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities.
3. Spamming: Use of a purchased email list will be considered spamming
(sending unsolicited commercial or bulk emails). Sending spam emails which
include links to a website hosted on one of our servers is also forbidden. If you are caught spamming, you will be automatically subjected to a fine between $1,000 and $10,000 USD.
4. Distribution of Viruses, Spyware, and Malware: Distributions of
software that attempts to and/or causes damage, harassment, or annoyance
to persons, data, and/or computer systems are prohibited. Distribution
of software that monitors computer or computer user activity without the
computer user's knowledge and consent is prohibited.
5. Harassment: Use of the Income Activator service to transmit any
material (by email, uploading, posting or otherwise) that harasses another.
6. Hateful Content: Distributing hate speech, or any other content that is
obscene, abusing, and could be considered libelous and defamatory.
Subscription Fee: The monthly Subscription Fee for the Income Activator Website Builder of $60.00 is charged on the 1st day of each month.
